A quick update on the event this weekend and one small change. We will be starting at Allsop park in Little Rock, not at Vinos. Try getting there around 7:30, reg needs to close at 7:50 so we can be rolling at 8. There are a total of 5 timed sections at Allsop using both parts of the park, the timed sections are between 3 and 8 minutes long. After those 5 stages we will ride to Burns Park and do 3 stages there and then back to Allsop, hitting trail on the way. We will...

here i am alone fri nyt wit corona, tequila, and new bike parts! wat more do i need?............ there might b sumthing ( sum1 ) but i got a new fork, headset, and a new brake all massively huge! Recently moved to Texarkana and looking for folks to ride with.
I would be interested in driving to Mena and shuttling the old DH course and trying to revive it.

Also, I have spoken with the owner of the skatepark and she showed interest in building some dirt jumps and pump track. I am working on a site plan to show her what we could build. She owns a good sized vacant lot that would be great for some djs and pump track.

Anyone out there that wants to ride?

Ever wonder why the first photo to the right of the ambcs logo on their homepage is an image of a downhill racer? Yet there are only two events a year. I've know people have said that there isn't enough interest for additional races but at the same time i don't see any effort to recruit or discuss options available. Not that anyone actually reads anything here, but just in case.......

there is a group of about 20 riding DH on saturday december 8th in Clayton , OK. Course is technical rock garden basically with some steep chutes for about a 4 minute or so run. We will be getting there at around 9am doing some prep work on course and then riding until dark. check out ride section of rogueposse.net for more info. this is one of the rock gardens there....
