Trail Suggestion and Bike Rental

I'm looking for some advice from the locals.

I visit the Rogers / Bentonville area on business from time to time and would love to know if there is a shop close by that rents mountain bikes and get some advice on the best trails that are nearby. I only have time in the evenings, so I can't drive too far. I checked with one bike shop in Rogers a couple of years ago, but they did not rent at the time and I have never made the effort to check since then. I'll be down on...

North Womble and ORT

This is a heads up to anyone looking for a ride on some prime trail in good condition. The Womble north out of Hwy 27 to it's intersection with the Ouachita trail and the Ouachita trail out to Irons fork creek is in super shape. Everyones help is needed to keep it this way by putting some traffic on it and passing the word to anyone looking for a nice day trip. For those that ride at Ben Geren.....There is an old tree that has fell on a section of the trail that needs to be removed. I would be happy to help out with trail maintenance if anyone has a chain saw and would be willing to head out there and remove it from the trail???

Myself and Another local rider are putting an MTB trip together for 24-31 May. He's got access to a sweet condo which will be free of charge. We need a couple more guys to split gas/ food with. i am going to be in town on the from 4/28-4/29 and am planning on riding the womble one day and maybe irons fork the other. what is the best way to ride these trails, i will have somebody to drop my car off so i can ride the whole thing i just dont know what side to start on with the womble. irons fork i am planning on doing out and back. also is there a good place to camp that is close to the trails? any advice would be great and if anybody wants to ride with me i would love to have a guide....

Syllamo Trails

I'm planning a trip out to Syllamo next week (3/28) and was wondering a couple things:
1. How were the trails prior to the torential downpoors received yesterday (3/18/08)?
2. I hear the trails drain well, obviously depending on the storm, how long do the trails take to dry out after an average rain fall?

Does anyone know if the trails along the Cossatot River are open to bikes? River Corridor Trail and the Harris Trail. I would think they are difficult trails but i have never seen them. Thanks for any info you can give me.

There is an adventure race at Hobbs on the 15th of March and I don't even know where it is let alone how the trails are laid out. Is anyone available for a ride on thurdsay the 13th or fridayt the 14th.
