			<description><![CDATA[ <p>Pre-road the XC course this morning and the course is in great shape.  I have a question regards the expert course that I hope someone can clear up. 
According to the description experts will complete one lap all the way around the lake (old course) and then 2 additional laps on the miners rock loop,
finishing in the soccer fields.  Please correct me if I&#39;m wrong.  Also, does anyone know the distance of the Miners Rock loop?  Thanks!!      </p> ]]></description>
